About

I’ve been sharing my personal story of turning “illness into wellness” to advance mental health and recovery communication.

My background spans work as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Vanderbilt University’s Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital and my current role as Director of Marketing at MH². I hold a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Siena College and a Master’s of Public Health from George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health.

This site is where I gather it all together — the conversations, creators, and content across mental health, fitness, and mindset that have helped me along the way.

Clinical Services

MH² — mental and metabolic health

Where Mental Health Meets Metabolic Health.

MH² is a clinic in Wellesley, MA that combines conventional psychiatric care with the science of metabolic health. One team — psychiatry, psychotherapy, dietitians, health coaching, and case management — works from one shared plan, because the mind and body work together, and the care should too.

For more information about clinical services and how to schedule an appointment, visit mh2.health.

Disclosure: I work at MH² as Director of Marketing.
